The Cultural Au Pair Association of Australia “CAPAA” was established in 2012 as the only recognised au pair industry association in Australia. Our membership of like-minded professionals support the setting of industry standards and protecting the Au pair experience as a rewarding cultural exchange programme in Australia.
CAPAA’s core objectives are:
- to represent our industry in promoting the benefits of au pair cultural exchange programmes to the Australian Government and Australian public;
- To establish agreed standards for au pair programmes in Australia.
- To foster au pair community friendships between Australia and the world and further the understanding of cultural exchange;
Members must meet the Association’s standards and agree to abide by CAPAA’s Code of Conduct, which signifies competence, fair dealing and business integrity.
CAPAA is a member of the International Au Pair Association “IAPA”.
